Satisfaction Awareness. President, Barbara J. Cummings, "I consider the opportunity
to assist those who assist our sailors a return of appreciation and an honor".
The Symposium at the Navel Supply Depot in Mechanicsburg, covered areas of
high performance customer service for the internal customer as well the external
client.
Ms. Cummings, whose years of work in a level two trauma
center help her share with others, in non-critical events, how ground work is
laid
for excellent communication in any event.
